COPILOT TRAINING
IN CANBERRA.
Frontrow doesn't have a Canberra office, so Canberra training runs live remote by default, with on-site available by arrangement for workshops and milestones. Sessions are hands-on and scoped to your own OFFICIAL-level material — government security questions come up in almost every Canberra enquiry, and they get a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
Who books training in Canberra
Who Copilot training in Canberra suits
This training is relevant to Australian Public Service agencies already licensed for Microsoft 365 through the Digital Transformation Agency's whole-of-government Microsoft arrangement, and working to meet the mandatory AI training requirement in the Australian Government's AI policy. Australian National University research and administrative teams, and national regulators and statutory agencies headquartered in Canberra, fit the same pattern.
On-site or remote
How sessions run here.
Live remote is the default. On-site is available by arrangement for workshops and milestone sessions, with the team travelling in — worked within your agency's own security and site-access requirements rather than around them.

- Copilot for sales & business developmentSales and business development teams who want Copilot to take the admin out of prospecting, meeting prep and proposal drafting, so more of the week goes to actual selling.See the session →

- Copilot admin & governance training for ITIT administrators and the people accountable for the tenant once Copilot licences are switched on — the ones who own the response when something in Copilot surfaces a file it shouldn't.See the session →
FAQ — Copilot training in Canberra
What people ask before booking.
- Does Frontrow have a Canberra office?
- No. Canberra training runs live remote by default, with on-site available by arrangement — the team travels in for workshops and key sessions rather than being based locally.
- Can this training help meet the mandatory AI training requirement in the government AI policy?
- The updated Policy for the responsible use of AI in government, in effect from December 2025, requires agencies to implement mandatory staff training on responsible AI use. A Frontrow Copilot training session covers the practical, hands-on side of that; the policy and governance documentation sits alongside it as a separate piece of work.
- Will the session touch PROTECTED-classified material?
- No — training is scoped to OFFICIAL-level material in your agency's own tenant. Anything about PROTECTED-level use of Copilot is a question for your agency's security team, checked against the current Microsoft 365 IRAP assessment on the Service Trust Portal, not something covered in a training session.
- How many staff can go through a session?
- Tell us your headcount and we'll suggest cohorts. For APS agencies, running several identical sessions across a branch or division — rather than one large group — usually works better.
- What licence do staff need before the session?
- Staff with Microsoft 365 already have Copilot Chat, grounded in their own mail, calendar and chats, which is enough for a first session. A paid Microsoft 365 Copilot seat, where an agency holds one, adds Copilot inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Do you run sessions for university and research staff as well as government agencies?
- Yes — Australian National University research and administrative teams follow the same format, built around grant, ethics and research-administration documents rather than agency correspondence.
