- Yes — bring real reports, emails or templates your team already works with and the session is built around them. Copilot training that only uses stock examples doesn't stick; the ones that use your actual files do.
- What Microsoft licence do we need people to have before the session?
- Anyone on Microsoft 365 already has Copilot Chat, which is enough for a first session — it grounds answers in the person's own mail, calendar, meetings and chats inside Outlook, and takes file uploads. A paid Microsoft 365 Copilot seat adds Copilot inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus broader grounding across the tenant's data, which is worth having before a follow-on session that goes deeper into document drafting.
