A national MSP can sell a generic plan and a local one can sell a local address. For a growing-and-flying town, the exposure isn't only a closed road. When Cyclone Larry crossed the coast at Innisfail in March 2006 it was still a category 3 system over the Atherton Tablelands, and the Bureau of Meteorology records significant damage and prolonged power outages there. What an unreachable site, a power interruption or a cut link does to a packing shed in the middle of harvest should be designed for before the wet season, not during it.
