Six major open-cut coal mines and one underground operation surround Blackwater and provide its main employment. Designed for the Central Highlands
A national MSP can sell a generic plan and a local one can sell a local address. A contractor's obligations don't lapse because the office went dark — rosters still need filling, crews still need paying, and the principal still expects the paperwork.
